Last updated: October 27, 2026

INTRODUCTION

Welcome to MEVYRO.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the MEVYRO online store and website, including all related content, features, products and services.

In these Terms, “MEVYRO”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the business operating the MEVYRO online store.

By visiting our website or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms of Service, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under applicable law.

Please read these Terms carefully. If you have questions, you can contact us at info@mevyro.com.

SECTION 1 – BUSINESS INFORMATION

MEVYRO is a trading name of SHAR Sales.

Contact details:

MEVYRO
Gunningweg 5-01
8072 RB Nunspeet
The Netherlands

Email: info@mevyro.com

Our additional legally required business details are provided on our website where applicable.

SECTION 2 – ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

By using our website, you confirm that you are legally permitted to enter into a purchase agreement under the laws applicable to you.

You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when placing an order or creating an account.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activities carried out through your account, subject to any rights you may have under applicable law.

SECTION 3 – OUR PRODUCTS

MEVYRO sells LED tulip products and related items as described on our website.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours and specifications are accurate.

However, the appearance of a product may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting conditions, photography or manufacturing variations.

Any important product characteristics, including materials, dimensions, functions, power requirements and safety instructions where applicable, should be checked on the relevant product page.

If a product does not conform to its description or fails to meet the applicable legal requirements, your statutory rights remain unaffected.

We may update product descriptions or discontinue products where reasonably necessary. Such changes will not remove rights you already have in relation to a confirmed order.

SECTION 4 – ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION

When you place an order through our website, you submit an offer to purchase the selected products.

You will receive an order confirmation by email. The confirmation of receipt does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted, unless the applicable checkout process or confirmation indicates otherwise.

The point at which a binding purchase agreement is formed will be determined by the checkout process and applicable law.

If we identify a genuine stock issue, a suspected fraudulent transaction or an obvious pricing or technical error, we will contact you where reasonably possible.

We will not rely on an error to cancel an order where doing so would violate applicable law or your mandatory consumer rights.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount due without undue delay and in accordance with applicable law.

SECTION 5 – PRICES, TAXES AND PAYMENT

All prices are displayed in euros (€), unless stated otherwise.

Prices shown to consumers include applicable VAT where required by law. Any delivery charges or other mandatory costs will be disclosed before you complete your purchase.

The total amount payable must be clearly displayed before you place your order.

We may change prices, discounts or promotions for future purchases. Such changes will not affect the agreed price of an existing confirmed order.

Payment must be completed using the payment methods made available at checkout.

Payment processing may be provided by third-party payment service providers. Their processing of personal data is subject to the applicable privacy information and terms.

SECTION 6 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We aim to process and dispatch orders within the timeframe stated on the relevant product page or during checkout.

The estimated delivery time and the country from which a product is shipped will be communicated where required by applicable law.

If an order is fulfilled by a third-party supplier or fulfilment partner, this does not remove MEVYRO's responsibilities as the seller towards the customer.

Delivery estimates may be affected by circumstances such as carrier delays, customs procedures or other unforeseen events. We will not use such circumstances to exclude any legal obligations that apply to us.

If delivery is delayed, please contact us at info@mevyro.com.

If we fail to deliver within the agreed period, you may have the right to require delivery within an additional reasonable period or terminate the agreement and receive a refund, as provided by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights concerning delivery, non-delivery or refunds.

SECTION 7 – RETURNS, WITHDRAWAL AND REFUNDS

Our Return & Refund Policy explains how to request a return or refund.

Consumers purchasing online generally have a statutory right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

Where required by law, customers may exercise this right through the withdrawal or cancellation function available on our website, by using the applicable withdrawal form, or by another legally valid method.

The availability of a return process does not limit your statutory rights if a product is faulty, damaged, unsafe or not as described.

Please consult our Return & Refund Policy for the procedure, applicable deadlines and return instructions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts any mandatory rights you have under applicable consumer law.

SECTION 8 – LEGAL GUARANTEE AND PRODUCT CONFORMITY

Our products are covered by the statutory consumer guarantees applicable in the country where the customer is legally entitled to protection.

If a product is defective, unsafe or does not conform to the purchase agreement, you may be entitled to remedies such as repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

The applicable legal guarantee is separate from any additional commercial warranty that may be expressly offered.

We will not use these Terms, our Return & Refund Policy or any manufacturer or supplier policy to remove or reduce your mandatory statutory rights.

If you believe that a product is defective or does not conform to its description, please contact info@mevyro.com and include your order number and a description of the problem.

SECTION 9 – PRODUCT USE AND SAFETY

Customers must use products in accordance with the instructions, warnings and safety information supplied with the product.

Where applicable, customers should follow instructions concerning electrical connections, batteries, charging, heat, moisture, storage and use around children.

Do not use a product that appears damaged, has exposed wiring, shows signs of overheating or otherwise appears unsafe.

Stop using the product if you suspect a safety issue and contact us for assistance.

Nothing in this section transfers MEVYRO's legal responsibilities for product safety to the customer or excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

SECTION 10 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the MEVYRO website, including our brand name, logo, photographs, text, graphics, designs, videos and product descriptions, is owned by or licensed to MEVYRO and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may access and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish or commercially exploit our website content without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

Nothing in this section restricts rights that cannot legally be restricted.

SECTION 11 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

Our website may use services or tools provided by third parties, including ecommerce, payment, analytics, fulfilment and delivery providers.

Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Our website may also contain links to external websites. We do not control the content or operation of those external websites.

This section does not exclude any responsibility that MEVYRO has under applicable law for services it provides, representations it makes or third parties for whose actions it is legally responsible.

SECTION 12 – SHOPIFY

Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to offer our products.

Your purchase is made from MEVYRO, not from Shopify, unless the checkout explicitly states otherwise.

Shopify's own services and processing of personal information are subject to Shopify's applicable terms and privacy information.

Nothing in this section removes MEVYRO's obligations as the seller.

SECTION 13 – PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, which parties may receive it and what rights you may have.

Please read our Privacy Policy for further information.

SECTION 14 – CUSTOMER REVIEWS AND FEEDBACK

If you submit a review, comment, photograph, suggestion or other content to MEVYRO, you confirm that you are entitled to submit it and that it does not unlawfully infringe another person's rights.

Where permitted by applicable law, you grant MEVYRO a non-exclusive permission to use and display submitted content for purposes related to operating and promoting our business.

We will not interpret this permission as removing rights you retain under applicable law.

We may moderate or remove content where reasonably necessary, including content that is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or infringes third-party rights.

We will not present reviews as genuine customer experiences if they are not genuine. Any review verification practices or material incentives will be disclosed where required by law.

SECTION 15 – WEBSITE ERRORS AND AVAILABILITY

We make reasonable efforts to keep our website information accurate and our services available.

Occasionally, technical errors, typographical mistakes or inaccuracies may occur.

If an error materially affects an order, we will assess the circumstances and contact you where reasonably necessary.

We may carry out maintenance, updates or changes to our website. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, but nothing in this section excludes any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

SECTION 16 – PROHIBITED USES

You may use our website only for lawful purposes.

You must not use our website to:

  • Engage in unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive activities.

  • Violate applicable laws or regulations.

  • Infringe intellectual property or other legal rights.

  • Upload malicious software or harmful code.

  • Attempt to compromise website security.

  • Collect other users' personal information unlawfully.

  • Impersonate another person or business.

  • Interfere with the website or another person's lawful use of it.

Where reasonably necessary and permitted by law, we may restrict access to the website or take action in response to misuse.

Any such action will be proportionate and will not override mandatory consumer rights.

SECTION 17 – AUTOMATED ACCESS

You may not use bots, scraping tools, crawlers or other automated systems to extract or copy website content without our prior written permission, except where such use is permitted by applicable law.

This restriction does not prohibit lawful activities that cannot legally be restricted, including permitted search engine indexing.

SECTION 18 – SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

We may suspend or restrict access to an account or website feature where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance or the prevention of misuse.

Any action will be taken in accordance with applicable law.

Ending access to an account or website feature does not cancel any existing legal obligations or remove rights arising from a purchase agreement.

SECTION 19 – DISCLAIMERS

To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted or entirely free from technical errors.

Product information is provided to help customers make informed purchasing decisions. The statutory rights that apply to product descriptions, conformity, safety and legal guarantees remain unaffected.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a legal guarantee, consumer protection right or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

SECTION 20 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes MEVYRO's liability where such limitation or exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

In particular, these Terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights or any liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability arising from defective or unsafe products where applicable law prevents such exclusion.

To the extent permitted by law, MEVYRO will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses that are not legally recoverable.

This section will be interpreted only to the extent permitted under the laws applicable to the relevant customer and transaction.

SECTION 21 – INDEMNIFICATION

You must use our website lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.

To the extent permitted by law, you may be responsible for losses directly resulting from your unlawful conduct or deliberate infringement of our legal rights.

This section does not impose an obligation on consumers to compensate MEVYRO for exercising their statutory rights, making a lawful complaint or returning a product in accordance with applicable law.

SECTION 22 – SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

The invalid provision will be interpreted or adjusted only as far as legally permissible.

Nothing in this section permits a provision to be enforced against a consumer where applicable mandatory law prohibits it.

SECTION 23 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT AND ORDER OF PRECEDENCE

These Terms, together with the policies and purchase information applicable to your order, govern your use of our website and your purchase from MEVYRO.

If these Terms conflict with mandatory consumer protection legislation, the mandatory legislation will prevail.

If these Terms conflict with a specific promise or term expressly agreed with you for an individual order, the specific term will prevail to the extent required by law.

SECTION 24 – ASSIGNMENT

You may not transfer your contractual rights or obligations without our consent, except where permitted by applicable law.

MEVYRO may transfer its rights or obligations where permitted by law, including in connection with a business transfer or restructuring.

No transfer will reduce mandatory consumer rights or protections.

SECTION 25 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions that apply to you.

If you are a consumer residing in another country, including Belgium, you retain the protections granted to you by applicable mandatory consumer law where those protections apply.

Nothing in this section deprives consumers of the legal protections they are entitled to under applicable law.

SECTION 26 – CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our business, website, products or applicable legislation.

The version published on our website will indicate when it was last updated.

Changes will not retrospectively remove rights that have already arisen under a purchase agreement or applicable law.

Where required, we will provide appropriate notice of material changes.

SECTION 27 – COMPLAINTS AND CONTACT

If you have a question about an order, a product, a complaint or these Terms, please contact us:

Please include your order number when contacting us about a purchase.

We will review complaints and aim to respond within a reasonable period.

Nothing in this section limits your right to use any competent consumer protection authority, court or dispute-resolution procedure available to you under applicable law.
