Return & Refund Policy

At MEVYRO, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please read our return and refund policy below.

1. Right of Withdrawal – 14 Days

If you are a consumer purchasing from MEVYRO, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision within this period by sending a clear statement to:

You may use the standard withdrawal form provided by applicable consumer law, but you are not required to do so.

You can also use any other clear statement indicating that you wish to cancel your purchase.

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of your decision.

2. Return Conditions

You may handle and inspect the product to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, as you would be allowed to do in a physical store.

You may be held responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.

Where possible, please return the product with its original packaging and all included accessories.

Contacting us first is intended to help us process your return efficiently. It does not limit your statutory right of withdrawal.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise subject to a different legal requirement, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods when this has been clearly communicated before your purchase.

If your product arrives damaged, is defective or is incorrect, please contact us at info@mevyro.com so that we can assess the issue and arrange an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable law.

5. Refunds

If you validly withdraw from your purchase, we will reimburse the payments received from you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option where required by law.

If you selected a more expensive delivery option, we are not required to reimburse the additional cost.

Refunds will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have supplied evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.

6. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

Please include your order number and a description of the issue. Photographs may help us assess the situation more quickly.

We will review your request and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights regarding faulty, defective or non-conforming products.

7. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product, please contact us at info@mevyro.com.

Exchanges are subject to product availability and applicable consumer law. If an exchange is not possible, we will explain the available options.

8. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal may not apply to certain products or circumstances where a specific legal exception applies.

Any applicable exception will be assessed in accordance with the relevant consumer protection legislation.

Decorative or electrical products are not automatically excluded from the right of withdrawal.

9. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible at info@mevyro.com.

We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, if the order has already been processed or dispatched, you may need to follow the return procedure described in this policy.

This section does not limit any statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights.
